Creating and managing Digital Marketing Initiatives : -
• Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience.
• Drive top of the funnel through integrated marketing - generate sales-qualified leads and market awareness
• Online Advertising: Execute online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display ads, and remarketing efforts
• SEO and Content Strategy: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO), manage performance marketing on ECOM , conduct keyword research, and oversee content creation to improve organic search rankings.
• Social Media Management: -
• Create the website, social media pages for the brand
• Develop and schedule social media content and grow the brands social media presence on platforms like Meta, Youtube, Vlogs, Blogs and others.
• ECOM Content Management & Performance Marketing :-
• Create brand pages and manage brand content on ECOM
• Execute performance marketing campaigns on ECOMs
• Manage influencer programme, dermatologist panel for the brand
• Email & direct marketing campaigns: Execute direct marketing campaigns with the brand manager
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics using industry tools. Provide regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Recommend and implement innovative strategies and tools.
*Brand Liaison:-
• Align on business objectives and KPI
• Liaison with the brand team and integrate brand strategy with digital strategy
• Work closely with the brand team for digital content creation
External Vendors Liaison :-
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external agencies, vendors etc. for campaigns, content and media execution
* Work Experience:
• Must have digital marketing experience of minimum 3-4 years of FMCG, Personal care, consumer brand
• Experience in performance marketing on ECOM
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation software.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
